Long time since i last updated again.. wonder if anyone still comes and check my blog.. haha..

anw.. this entry is on my cake-making ermzz adventure! haha.. yeah for those who dunno.. i am trying to pick up cake-baking.. limited to cheesecakes only for now! hehh... i have tried 2 types of cheesecake up to now liao...

1) Oreo Cheesecake!
i made this on my off-in-lieu day.. stayed at home and woke up early to bake this cake in the morning!

all the ingredients required...

baking in my newly bought oven!

my proud oreo cheesecake!!! yah it looks kinda chao tah... and the middle part was actually q soft.. think my mixture was too liquid... but still... it tastes great! muahahaa... the 'chip' in the cake was due to very very impatient wen mama who cant wait for me to get home jiu wanted to try my oreo cheesecake le!

2) Durian Dream Cheesecake!

the only more presentable picture of my durian dream cheesecake.. hahaha.. looks not bad right! tastes okay too.. but i still prefer my oreo cheesecake tt kind of cheesecake taste...

the next cake to attempt will be Chocolate Mud Cheesecake!!!! muahahaa.. shi mu yi dai ba~~

Blading @ ECP!

wooohhhh~~~ todae is the first time in my life i attempted roller blading! ever since an attempt on ice-skating yearssss ago.. i decided tt i will nv try anything tt requires me to stand on something thinner than my feet from toe to heel... buttt todae dunno how come i became so brave.. i actually decided to have a try! and man it feels good to be able to glide... alittle.. HAHA i only blade for an hour la... can glide and look straight very good liao! andddd i din fall down at all!!! muahahahaa... think i will wan to go and try agin! jiemeis, siyong, wenyong and felix get ready k! we shall hit ECP agin! i hopee... haha

Taiwan Trip 14-20 March 2009 - Day 7

last day of Taiwan! the fake artistic day...

first stop jiu shi Gu Gong! one of the top 4 museums in the world... and we only saw 4 pieces of art in the whole of the museum! -_-'' squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze ahh tts the dunno wat ball... squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze ahh tts the very small boat with very small word carvings... squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze ahhh tts the white cabbage.. squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze ahh tts the fei2 zhu1 rou4... tts all.

the head set tt each of us has one... coz too many pple inside.. so all tour guides are to explain the pieces thru the headset....

den we had lunch at this very special place! lotsa special decorations... its call wu jiao chuan ban.. a house built by women... girl power!

the table inside oso very special.. its square one.. different lvl has different colour de seats too... and i think we had the best restaurant food at this place! wld greatly recommend this! but its not cheap i think...

finally to Taoyuan airport le... our whole coach grp! yah.. u can see very few young pple..

i cant believe i had been so persistent to blog all 7 days in 4 consecutive nights! and finally i am done! hurray!!! =p

Taiwan Trip 14-20 March 2009 - Day 6

back in Taipei! but ermz 1/3 of the day spent at some nature park.. 1/4 day spent at jiu fen lao jie.. 1/4 day spent at some gala dinner with fenying (seriously i dun understand why some pple come all the way to Taiwan juz for this dinner!!).. so only 1/3 of the day spent shopping!!!! and tts coz we prolong the night by gg back to Shih Lin market by ourselves!

the Geopark we went early in the morning... and guess wat wen mama did? she went in.. walk less than half the park.. and decided to u-turn to go to this market place outside to shop for dang di tu chan to bring home!! wat an auntie.. :P

okie.. in this pic dere's this very special rock tt the Geopark is very famous for.. can u see it?? muaha.. its called the Nu Huang Tou Rock.

this is another famous rock.. coz it looks like a gorilla (ehh gorilla = xing xing right? haha)

den we went to Jiu Fen for lunchie.. and dere's this lady who's dressed up to sell sticks of sausage with 3 flavours! (din really like the wasabi one thou).. so many pple wan to take pic with her lo (including wen mama!)... so AA! (i mean the lady) hahaha..

yeah this is the famous Jiu Fen Lao Jie... the 卤肉饭 very nice! and dere's this 阿信的店 that sells good pudding and muah chee... and not forgetting the sell-until-no-more dried longans.. everyone was snatching for a packet! gosh

next up is Taipei 101!!! guess wat we did at this stop?? we stop infront of the tall tall building.. every grp took turn to take a pic with the tall tall building... went into the tall tall building....... lvl 1 de toilet... jiu go off liao!! so yay. i been to Taipei 101. -_-''

Xi Men Ding here we come!! muaha.. this is the shop i bought some of the huang li su.. lv dou gao... tai yang bing and zhong tong bing... and i really really really really love the huang li su here!! its damn nice la! after i come back sg.. i muz eat one everyday till stocks last.. haha! the zhong tong bing is q nice too... thou the tai yang bing is kinda too sweet...

this is how xi men ding looks like.. u see the kfc right at the end? walk straight to kfc.. turn left and ah zhong mian xian can be found ard dere!

before we went back the coach.. we saw this ad banner... haha damn cool la!

the night ended with the fen ying gala dinner.. and yah no pics for this.. coz not interested.. lala~
